Flood City Youth Fitness Academy: Empowering Communities

Please understand that external media organizations may attend FCYFA and/or FCYFA hosted events. 

Agreement and permission for Flood City Youth Fitness Academy (“FCYFA”) and/or partners to record, film, photograph, audiotape, videotape your child’s name, image, student work, and performances (hereinafter

collectively referred to as “Works”) and to display, publish, or distribute these Works for the purpose of publishing, posting in FCYFA’s  bulletin boards, on the FCYFA website, on social media sites and/or for broadcasting on television or radio as determined by FCYFA, permission for your child’s name, image, student work, and performance to be photographed, filmed, audiotaped or videotaped for the purpose of being published and/or broadcasting on-line, on television or radio is obtained by submission of appliation to attend ("I have Read and Agree to the Media Policy.")

As such, any right to approve the use of these Works now or in the future, whether the use is known to me or unknown, and any right to any royalties related to or in other publications outside of FCYFA’s control is waived. 

Recording of any kind for social media (for example, but not limited to: Facebook, Snapchat, Youtube, Instagram, TikTok, X (Formerly Twitter)) without consent of Administration of FCYFA Administration is not permitted.

Furthermore, FCYFA will not be held responsible for any harm that may arise from such unauthorized reproduction. 

Finally, Premises, property, vehicles, and outings may be recorded in order to maintain the health, safety, and well-being of participants and Personnel.
