Flood City Youth Fitness Academy: Empowering Communities

· District schools shall provide adequate space, for eating and serving school meals. 

· Students shall be provided a clean and safe meal environment.

· Meal periods shall be scheduled at appropriate hours, as required by federal regulations and as defined by the district.

· Students shall have access to hand washing or sanitizing before meals and snacks.

· Outside food and/or drink are not permitted on premises. Exemption is only for participants with multiple allergens, as noted on Application and/or written documentation from the Primary Care Agent,

· When possible, foods/beverages for parties and celebrations shall be provided by the food service department to help prevent food safety and allergy concerns.

· Protect the rights of students by providing them, through necessary accommodations when required, the opportunity to participate fully in all school programs and activities.

· One (1) meal and one (1) snack will be served during the Afterschool Program

· Two (2) meals, Breakfast and Lunch, will be served during the Summer Program.
